- Any medications you are presently taking
- Any medical or dental insurance forms
- Completed patient forms
Northwestern Dental Group uses cutting-edge technology to provide patients with the best possible service. Our experienced team, state-of-the-art digital medical systems, and well-equipped, modern facilities allow us to diagnose and treat each patient in the quality manner they deserve.
Before your treatment day, our team will instruct you on how to prepare. Make sure to follow the instructions regarding food, medications, drink and other preparations. You will also receive post-surgical instructions.
On the day of your treatment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This will allow you to ask any last-minute questions and release any pre-surgery nerves. Our compassionate team will assist you in any way possible to ensure you are comfortable as possible throughout your treatment.
It is advised that you bring along an adult friend or family member who could drive you home after treatment (this is a must if you are undergoing IV sedation). Most patients will be able to return to work the next day.
At Northwestern Dental Group, our goal is to maximize your insurance* benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don’t hesitate to call our office to review your concerns.
